Dear Fellow Alumni,

The AITAA 38th Governing Board Meeting (GBM) will be held in Bangkok, Thailand from 6-8 September 2009. This annual Governing Board Meeting (GBM) is one of the major events of AITAA. The 2008 GBM was held in Beijing, China; 2007 GBM was held in Bangkok, Thailand; 2006 GBM was held in Vientiane, Lao P. D. R.; 2005 GBM was held in Jakarta, Indonesia; and 2004 GBM was held in Islamabad, Pakistan.
